Asperitas has closed its scale up investment round for an undisclosed amount. The round was led by STECON GROUP GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED and Invest-NL, with continued support from existing shareholders Shell Ventures and PDENH.
This funding will accelerate Asperitas’ global scale-up and strengthen the continuation of the innovation of its best-in-class portfolio of passive natural convection and active direct forced convection immersion cooling solutions. It will also boost the company’s capabilities to deliver integrated solutions for (modular) data centre concepts, empowering customers to deploy sustainable compute wherever it is needed.
Demand for liquid cooling is surging as AI, edge, and next-gen chips outstrip air cooling and strain power in major data centre hubs. With the data centre infrastructure market projected to grow strong globally, this investment round equips Asperitas to scale to meet this need. Asperitas is serving both core and edge data centres with immersion-cooling systems and modular integrations that improve PUE, WUE, and ERF, freeing more power for IT.
