Subscriptions & Payments
All Services offered by FALCRON Pvt Ltd (Compute Forecast) are primarily subscription-based digital products (forecasts, reports, insights, analytics, and memberships).
Payments must be made in advance through the authorized payment methods listed on our website.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at sanjana@computeforecast.com.
Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

Refund Policy
Digital Products & Services: Due to the nature of digital products (forecasts, reports, insights, memberships), all payments made are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Duplicate Payments: In the event of accidental duplicate payments, a refund will be processed upon verification.
Technical Errors: If a payment is deducted but access is not provided due to technical issues, we will either restore access or process a refund.

Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only in the following circumstances:
Unauthorized transaction (subject to investigation).
Proven billing errors on our part.

Modifications to Services
Compute Forecast Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service.
In case of permanent discontinuation of a paid Service, users will be eligible for a pro-rata refund of the unused subscription period.
