Aurionpro Solutions has secured its largest-ever order in the data centre segment, winning a major mandate from a leading hyperscale data centre operator to build an AI-ready facility in India.
The multi-year contract, valued at close to โน350 crore, centers on developing a large green data centre engineered for next-generation high-density computing workloads. The scope covers comprehensive design, detailed engineering, and full execution of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure. Aurionproโs in-house team specializing in mission-critical infrastructure will deliver the project.
The mandate positions Aurionpro at the intersection of Indiaโs rapidly expanding digital infrastructure market and the accelerating global demand for AI compute capacity.
AI-Ready Infrastructure Signals Strategic Shift
The project will mark Aurionproโs first AI-ready data centre, signaling a strategic expansion into the rapidly evolving mission-critical infrastructure segment.
AI workloads require far higher power densities, advanced cooling strategies, and resilient electrical architectures. Consequently, hyperscale operators now prioritize facilities designed for GPU-driven computing clusters and AI model training environments. This mandate reflects a growing market transition toward infrastructure that can sustain large-scale machine learning operations.
Indiaโs data centre market continues to expand at a rapid pace. Industry capacity reached approximately 1.5 gigawatts in 2025 and could rise to nearly 2 gigawatts by the end of 2026. Demand from hyperscale cloud providers, AI developers, and enterprise digital platforms continues to tighten available supply. Therefore, new facilities designed for high-density compute environments increasingly shape the next generation of national digital infrastructure.
Indiaโs push toward sovereign digital infrastructure has intensified investment across the data centre ecosystem. Hyperscale cloud operators, global technology companies, and digital service providers now compete for large-scale compute capacity.
The Aurionpro project reflects this broader shift. Operators increasingly seek partners capable of designing and delivering highly specialized infrastructure capable of handling power-intensive AI workloads.
Moreover, the emphasis on green infrastructure aligns with sustainability targets across the data centre industry. Energy-efficient cooling systems, optimized electrical architecture, and scalable mechanical frameworks have become core requirements for modern hyperscale campuses. Aurionproโs role in this project signals growing trust in domestic engineering capabilities for complex infrastructure delivery.
Company Leadership Highlights Strategic Opportunity
Ashish Rai, group chief executive officer of Aurionpro Solutions, said, “Aurionpro is proud to be entrusted with this prestigious mandate and remains fully committed to delivering the project with the highest standards of quality and execution. With demand already outpacing available capacity, we see a significant and sustained growth runway for the sector. Aurionpro is steadily establishing itself as a partner of choice within this ecosystem, and we are well positioned to contribute meaningfully to this next phase of sovereign digital infrastructure expansion in India. This win is a significant endorsement of our engineering depth and execution capabilities, as well as our position as one of the finest teams in the segment to partner with. I am confident it will open up even larger opportunities as we continue to scale up our capabilities in this high-growth segment.”
The statement underscores the companyโs ambitions to deepen its presence in mission-critical infrastructure as AI computing reshapes the data centre landscape.
Aurionpro Expands Technology and Infrastructure Portfolio
Aurionpro Solutions operates as a global enterprise technology company focused on deep-tech innovation and scalable platforms. The firm develops solutions across banking, payments, insurance, mobility, transit, government systems, and digital infrastructure.
Its Business-to-Ecosystem (B2E) strategy targets interconnected digital networks where infrastructure, platforms, and services operate together. As AI adoption expands across industries, the company aims to integrate advanced infrastructure capabilities into its broader technology portfolio. Meanwhile, Aurionpro continues to build expertise in sectors requiring highly resilient digital architecture.
Financial Performance and Market Response
Aurionpro reported mixed financial results in the latest quarter. Consolidated net profit declined 8% to โน44 crore in Q3 December 2025 compared with Q3 December 2024. However, revenue rose 21% year-over-year to โน371 crore during the same period. Investors reacted cautiously to the developments. Shares of Aurionpro Solutions edged up 0.04% to โน921.05 on the BSE.
Nevertheless, large infrastructure contracts such as the hyperscale AI data centre mandate could strengthen Aurionproโs long-term growth outlook as the demand for compute infrastructure accelerates globally.
