The campus will span approximately 220,000 square meters, making it considerably larger than the DAMAC project in physical footprint. Planned capacity currently stands at 150MW following SWI Group’s successful allocation of an additional 60MW from Italy’s transmission network. Project planning has focused heavily on infrastructure readiness rather than land acquisition alone. The site benefits from direct proximity to a national transmission connection point while also providing immediate access to major transportation corridors that simplify equipment delivery and long-term operational logistics.
