Schneider Electric Launches AI Platform Resource Advisor+

Schneider Electric has launched Resource Advisor+, an AI energy and sustainability intelligence platform designed to help enterprises turn energy and sustainability data into faster decisions.

The launch comes as global organizations face increasing regulatory, investor, and operational pressure to reduce emissions while improving energy efficiency.

AI Energy and Sustainability Intelligence Platform for Enterprises

Resource Advisor+ brings energy management, emissions tracking, supply-chain sustainability, climate risk, and reporting into a single platform.

Instead of relying on fragmented tools, enterprises can now manage sustainability programs through a unified system. As a result, leadership teams gain clearer visibility and faster execution across business units and regions.

The platform uses AI-driven workflows to simplify complex processes. Consequently, companies can move beyond compliance-focused reporting toward continuous performance improvement.

Sera AI Agent Powers Advisory Intelligence

At the center of Resource Advisor+ is Sera, an AI agent that acts as a digital partner for sustainability and energy leaders.

Sera coordinates a network of specialized AI agents and draws on SE Advisory Intelligence, a proprietary knowledge layer built from more than two decades of Schneider Electric consulting expertise. This allows the platform to translate technical and regulatory data into practical, operational recommendations.

According to the company, this approach helps enterprises act with greater confidence while reducing decision-making cycles.

Carbon and Supply Chain Products Lead Rollout

The Resource Advisor+ ecosystem launches with two products: Carbon Performance and Supply Chain.

The Carbon Performance product delivers GHG Protocol-aligned emissions calculations across Scope 1, 2, and 3. In addition, it enables companies to set targets, model reduction scenarios, and manage decarbonization initiatives using AI-driven insights.

Meanwhile, the Supply Chain product—formerly known as Zeigo Hub—focuses on Scope 3 emissions. It supports supplier engagement through flexible data collection and structured guidance, enabling emissions reduction across global value chains.

Shift From Reporting to Execution

Schneider Electric said Resource Advisor+ uses energy-efficient, carbon-aware AI models, aligning the platform with its broader sustainability commitments.

The system also embeds human expertise directly into workflows. As a result, AI automation enhances strategic decision-making rather than replacing it.

“Resource Advisor+ introduces a new way for companies to manage energy and sustainability performance,” said Steve Wilhite, Executive Vice President of SE Advisory Services’ global Energy & Sustainability Practice.

Industry analysts see the launch as part of a wider shift in sustainability software. Amy Cravens, Research Director at IDC, said enterprises increasingly need platforms that connect data, intelligence, and execution to deliver measurable outcomes.
